All prices are listed as GST exclusive.
Wine and cider are listed as Landed Unit Cost (LUC) and are inclusive of 29% Wine Equalisation Tax (WET) and exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Pricing and vintages are correct at the time of but are subject to change without prior notice.
Delivery + Handling Charges
Freight charges may be incurred for goods shipped direct from the winery, such as all goods from Savaterre, and some lines from Castagna. Wines that are shipped ex winery will take additional time for delivery. Please discuss with your sales rep.
Mixed dozens attract a $12 handling fee.
Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba - freight free for orders over two dozen bottles of wine.
Brisbane - orders under two dozen attract a fee of $7.
Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba - orders under two dozen attract a fee of $11.
Northern New South Wales - minimum order 2 dozen. 2-4 dozen attract a fee of $10 per dozen. 5+ dozen attract a fee of $6 per dozen to a maximum of $60..

Payment terms & credit management
Naked Bunch is both a wholesaler and a licensed sales brokerage. As such, goods may be invoiced by Naked Bunch or directly by the producer.
For account customers, payment terms noted on each producer’s invoice are to be strictly adhered to.
For all other customers, payment must be made via direct deposit or credit card prior to delivery of goods.
For all new customers COD is required for the initial three orders. Credit card facilities are available for your convenience. A 1.9% fee is charged for credit card sales.
Credit accounts are provided at the discretion of Naked Bunch. Naked Bunch may suspend terms for or terminate a credit account at any time.
In compliance with the Liquor Act, no sale can be made without provision of an ABN & liquor license number.
Order cut-off
Cut off for next delivery day is 1pm Monday to Thursday and 11am Friday. Monday deliveries for Brisbane only.
Ullage Claims
As a purveyor of genuinely minimal intervention wine, which contain minimal sulphur, and often no sulphur additions, we are extremely careful in how we ship, store & then further transport the wine to our customers. We would ask that you show the same courtesy and care to these artisanal products. Claims for ullages that appear to be the result of poor storage at the customer’s venue will not be honoured.
Privacy
Naked Bunch does collect company and directors personal information about our customers. We take privacy very seriously and will not attempt to collect any information that is not voluntarily provided. Naked Bunch does monitor selected customers via CreditorWatch. There are instances in which we will be required personal information in situations where it is necessary by law to do so. These include instances where a law has been broken, or in which we need to take action to protect our own rights or bring legal action against any party who is intentionally or unintentionally infringing upon our business activities as protected by Australian law.
